Strategies for Complex Engagement looks at the systems we work in to map the complex interactions, drivers and influences that happen when we seek to solve difficult, high stakes, challenging problems in the midst of diverse perspectives, options and views. Diving into complexity theory, applying evolved types of leadership, participants will work on their own real-life situations to design new approaches to finding common ground, solving complex challenges and bringing people together. We look at what is happening in the world around our engagement, what is happening within the communities we are working with, what is going on in our organizations, and within our own leadership to inform and improve our practice.
