The Bravely Lead Collective is a six month leadership transformation experience.
It isn’t new; I’ve taught versions of this program in house to groups of folks in the same organization. What is new is bringing 10 leaders from around the globe together, to learn from the diverse experience, perspectives and insights that enrich the program and learning.
Einstein once said “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” This leadership program isn’t built on tools and frameworks and classifications that label leaders and put them in a box. It is grounded in leadership transformation and growth that is unique to each person, with strategies and practices to bring your leadership to the volatile, chaotic world we are in now.
Now I'm opening this program up. If you're an experienced facilitator or trainer, a skilled leader, you can license this material - in full or in part - and bring it into your own work.
What You're Licensing
The Bravely Lead Collective Leadership Program is a six-month program, designed to cumulatively create growth and transformation. It's built in modules, so it can flex to the group in front of you rather than forcing every group through the same fixed script.
Participants walk away with:
New skills, knowledge and ways of being to engage community, stakeholders and participants on issues that matter
Hands-on practice working with emotion, redirecting conversations, and inviting real participation
Confidence to meet resistance and opposition in ways that build trust rather than erode it
Learning built directly around their own context and the challenges they've named
Greater capacity to bring people together in volatile, high-stakes moments
Who This Is For
This isn't an open license. It's a small, trusted community of trainers - not a course you buy and run unsupervised. It also isn’t an arduous, expensive process where you wait years to see a return.
You're likely a good fit if you have:
→ Have participated in one of the Bravely Lead Collective six-month cohort programs (so you can experience the program the way a participant would before you begin delivering it)
→ 10–15 years of depth and breadth in engagement, coaching, training and/or facilitation, particularly around conflict, leadership and/or systems change
→ Taken training with me previously, and share a genuine alignment with the philosophy underneath this work of leadership development
→ A willingness to stay adaptable and collaborative with the other trainers delivering this material - contributing back what you learn, not just taking what you need
→ A real desire to build participants' capacity, and confidence in your own ability to deliver training well
→ A willingness to participate with others in attending a series of online workshops helping you understand the research and theoretical underpinnings of each monthly module in the six-month program, before you begin delivering the program yourself

How Licensing Works
There isn't a complicated or expensive process.
This is a supported, collaborative community of trainers who use the material - in full or in part - inside their own existing work. You attribute the source. And if you adapt or improve an exercise, you share it back, so everyone teaching this material keeps learning from each other.
